Getting here
Our service area is Istanbul's European Side. Leave by the Istanbul European Side service area exit and keep walking straight; the salon is on the same street.
From the Asian side: Marmaray to the Bakırköy-Ataköy area, then M1B towards Kirazlı. From Taksim or Şişli: M2 to Yenikapı, then M1B.
Driving is fine too. Parking on Istanbul European Side service area can be tight, so send us a WhatsApp message before you set off and we will arrange a space with the car park we work with.
What to expect when you arrive
Come about ten minutes before your slot. We will ask how you feel, whether there is anywhere you would rather not be touched, and how firm you like the pressure. Then you change, and the session starts on time.
English is spoken. If you would prefer an English-speaking therapist, say so when you book and we will arrange it.
Payment is at the salon after the session; cash and all Turkish bank and credit cards are accepted. We do not take payment online and never ask for card details over WhatsApp.
Plans change: you can move or cancel an appointment free of charge up to four hours before it starts. A message is enough, and we do not ask why.
Before you arrive
Ten minutes of margin is enough. Before the treatment starts we ask three things: how you feel, where you would rather not be touched, and how much pressure you want. Nothing needs bringing; pestemal, towel, slippers, shower and refreshments are all here, and each room has its own shower and locker.
Tell us at booking if you are pregnant, taking blood thinners, or being treated for anything, so we can adjust the treatment or suggest a different one. Heavy meals and alcohol beforehand are best avoided. If a treatment is not suitable we say so and explain why rather than working around it.
How quickly we reply
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us and messages are usually answered within a few minutes while the salon is open. Messages sent after closing are answered at 10:30 the next morning. The phone is not always picked up during a treatment, which is why we prefer writing: the price and the length are sent to you in writing so you have them in hand. A confirmation message goes out the day before your appointment and you do not need to reply to it.
