What the price includes
- Peştamal, towel, slippers and bathrobe
- Private room and shower for the whole session
- Oil of your choice — unscented, lavender, orange or eucalyptus
- Tea, water and refreshments after the session
There is no service charge, no room charge and no extra for choosing a particular therapist. What you are quoted when booking is what you pay.
Payment, gift cards and cancellation
Cash and all Turkish bank and credit cards are accepted. We do not take online payment; you pay at the salon after the session.
Gift cards are available for any treatment and stay valid for one year. They can be passed on to someone else.
Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to four hours before the session; a WhatsApp message is enough.
Why the prices look the way they do
A session here occupies one room and one therapist for its whole length, and we take one guest at a time. That is why there is no queue, and also why the price is what it is; we are not selling a slot in a busy schedule.
Prices are shown in full rather than 'starting from'. The number you are quoted when you book is the number you pay at the end, whatever you add during the session.
Payment, cancellation and lateness
Payment is made at the end of the session, in cash or by Turkish bank or credit card. We take no deposit and no prepayment, so there is nothing to refund if plans change. Prices are per person; if two of you book together, each session is charged separately.
Cancelling is free up to 4 hours before the session, and we do not charge a penalty for later notice either. If you are running late, we hold the room for 15 minutes without shortening your treatment; beyond that we move you to another slot the same day where we can.
What the price includes
The frames show the lighting, the room layout and the flow of the wet area, so you know what the setting is like before you arrive.
