The Assisted Stretch runs 60 minutes and costs ₺2.950, everything included. If the Assisted Stretch is not the right choice for you, say how you feel when you book and we will suggest something else; changing your mind before the session starts costs nothing.
In the room: clothed, on a mat, no oil; assisted stretches through hips, hamstrings, shoulders and spine, held long enough for the tissue to give.
Good to know about this treatment
- The Assisted Stretch takes 60 minutes; with changing and shower, allow about 85.
- Assisted Stretch costs ₺2.950 and that is the whole bill: towels, peştamal, slippers, shower and refreshments are inside it.
- Come in comfortable clothes you can move in. No oil is used, so you can go straight back to your day afterwards.
- Two people can take the Assisted Stretch in the same slot if you say so in advance.
The Assisted Stretch in detail
Nothing is oiled and nothing is rushed. You stay clothed on a mat while we take the joint through its range for you, which reaches hips and shoulders in a way that stretching on your own rarely does. You can walk straight back into your day afterwards.

There is a short conversation before the Assisted Stretch: how you feel today, what hurts, what you would rather we did not touch. Keep the meal light and leave the alcohol; and if you are pregnant or being treated for something, say it while you book so we can plan properly.

Often yes. Slots open through the day, so send a message and we will tell you what is free rather than guessing.
Is there parking near the salon?
Osmangazi Caddesi gets tight, so tell us before you set off and we arrange a space at the car park we work with.
How do I get to you for the Assisted Stretch?
Kirazlı is on the M1B line and the salon is a few minutes' walk from the exit; write to us and we will send the walking route.
Can I shower after the Assisted Stretch?
Yes. Every room has its own shower and the water is already warm when you finish.
What if I am late for my Assisted Stretch?
We hold the room for fifteen minutes without shortening the session; after that we fit you in wherever the day allows.
