In the room: very light, slow, upward strokes from ankle to thigh, repeated in long sequences; pressure stays gentle throughout.
Good to know about this treatment
- The Lighten Up takes 55 minutes; with changing and shower, allow about 80.
- Lighten Up costs ₺2.950 and that is the whole bill: towels, peştamal, slippers, shower and refreshments are inside it.
- Pressure stays deliberately light throughout. If you want firm work, the warm oil massage is the better choice.
- Two people can take the Lighten Up in the same slot if you say so in advance.

The pressure here is lighter than most guests expect, and that is the point: this is slow, shallow work along the leg rather than anything deep. It suits evenings when shoes feel a size too small and long-haul days.
Before your Lighten Up
Ten minutes before the Lighten Up is enough. That time is for questions: which areas to leave alone, how firm you want the work, whether you would rather have music or silence. Eat lightly beforehand and skip alcohol; tell us at booking if you are pregnant or under treatment.

Yes, if you tell us in advance. Two rooms are held for the same slot so you both get the Lighten Up at the same time.
How do I pay for the Lighten Up?
Cash and all Turkish bank and credit cards are accepted for the Lighten Up.
Do I need to bring anything for the Lighten Up?
No. Towel, peştamal and slippers are waiting in the room; you only bring yourself.
What should I wear for the Lighten Up?
Whatever you are comfortable in. You change in your own room and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
